If ever I feared that I wasn't being taken care of....

We just got a call from our real estate agent here in Richmond, who told us that the owners of the house we are buying would like to rent the house to us once we sell our townhouse in Northern VA.

What that means is that we won't have to stay in this hotel until the end of October (when we close on the new house) or move into an apartment. Once we have a buyer in NoVa and have completed the home inspection up there, we can move right into our new house. How freaking awesome is THAT!?!?!

Woo hoo!!!!!
