We got a house. And it's freaking gorgous!
We fell in love with this house months ago (when these pics were taken) but it was overpriced and had so much work to be done on it. But they lowered the price $30k in the past two months AND did a lot of the needed improvements themselves.
Like I said, it's freaking gorgeous.
We'll lose our contract on this house if our other house doesn't sell in two weeks. Keep your fingers crossed!
